This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Chargeback Trail when it is installed on a Shopify store ("Merchant Store"). It covers:

• Information about the merchant and their authorized users who operate the App.
• Order, fulfillment, and dispute-related information accessed from the Merchant Store to prepare chargeback evidence and rebuttals.
• Information generated by the App during its operation, such as evidence packages, completeness scores, generated rebuttal documents, and audit records.

This Policy does not govern the privacy practices of Shopify, payment processors, banks, card networks, or other third parties, whose practices are described in their own policies.
